The Ontario Government has legislation, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) that has been established to set out rules for the collection and utilization of information that is collected about patients.

E-mails are sent to inform you of upcoming appointments, confirmation of appointments, changes to appointments and news of clinic updates or changes. Clinic update emails are infrequent and all such emails will include simple instructions for removal from our notification lists.
